Reed’s own application code is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Read that licence for its permissions, redistribution conditions, warranty disclaimer and liability terms. The full text is included with the app.
Components from other authors have their own licences. Their notices and licence texts come with the app. This page does not relicense those components.
